Ann Adams, after a career in financial services, followed a long-standing interest in art history. She completed her PhD in 2018 at the Courtauld Institute of Art, under the supervision of Prof. Susie Nash, on the monuments of the fifteenth-century knights of the Order of the Golden Fleece. Her research interests include funerary monuments, memory and commemoration, patronage and chivalry.
