Tomb Monuments in Medieval Europe: Volume I, edited by Paul Cockerham and Christian Steer

By CMS in Recent publications

Christian Steer has sent us news of a new volume of essays on tomb monuments in medieval Europe! This is the first of three volumes edited by Paul Cockerham and Christian which gathers together international experts – emeritus professors, practicing academics, early career scholars and post-graduate students – who each look at different aspects of funerary commemoration in Western Europe.

The first volume will be published by Shaun Tyas during the winter and the names of those who pre-order a copy before 31st October 2025 will be printed in the List of Subscribers.
